My real life situation prevents me from playing EU as much as a soc leader should. It may come to the point I can no longer play at all.
I need to be replaced for the sake of the soc.
Please if you are interested in being soc leader let me know. If several are interested all the better. If several people express an interest we can have a vote to select our new soc leader.
I may have to be absent from the game for an extended period at any time.
Our society needs someone who can log in nearly every day.
Reply below or message me thank you..

A leader who can make things happen and can make this game fun for us all... See ya all ingame! Hep I would help you with leading and arranging society events if my real life would give me more time. But time... whats the rush Hep Let the time go on etc. man Anyways Hep may God bless you on what ever situation you will ever be!

Once more I appeal for someone to assume the responsibility of soc leader. I'm sorry I cannot continue to perform as soc leader. My real life situation is becoming more upended. I may lose internet access soon. So then by all means if anyone is interested step forward and let us know.
Thank you all so much for being my friends on EU. It has been great to know you.

Hep, Thanks for explaining in chat the other day a bit about what is happening. We all wish your mother the best and totally understand that you have responsibilities. We will keep her in our prayers. As to the society, it is clear that no one has the ability, time and interest to step forward to take over. Therefore, the facts must be faced. The society will die. Anyone who is active knows about this and if they are inactive and therefore don't know about it, they are not qualified. So, the only question is how to let it go gracefully and with honor. Here is what I suggest: You should spend a bit of what little game time you have left to research out a couple of societies and then arrange for a transfer of membership. If you think you will be on at all, I'd also transfer your own, if not, stay and keep the name for later. To assist you, two socities that may work are: 1. NBK Army. An old society with multiple tiers. I spent time in and may rejoin myself. A solid choice; 2. www.entropianetwork.com/laudanum/ This looks like a really neat society for new players. A couple of weeks ago there was even an essay contest for a new graphics card. Never been in it or talked to anyone in it, but have seen peeps in world with the name. Cool website and appears to have committed leadership. Worth checking out. Tough to know what to do, all the best. Duke

I agree with Duke. IMHO our members have earned a choice to join other societies and have a good time in EU if we cant offer good time for them. Hep if you decide to step a side without shutting down our society... I linger around here waiting time when we spend some time together in EU and have some fun. I mean Im not leaving (the super sweaters) if you dont literally shut it down, that stubborn I am

I'm still pretty new to the soc. and have only met a few of the other members but my experience so far has been a positive one. As such I don't feel at all qualified to lead but from what I can tell the general consensus is to try and stay as a group if possible; and I've seen some people willing to help out and keep this soc. going even without a central leader. If enough people can put in "some" effort than maybe we can remain a soc? Take member opinions on events and organize as a group, until you might be able to get back Hep. If worse comes to worse and it turns out that you can't come back then it might be a good opportunity for members to get some experience with managing the society and hopefully a new leader can come from that. This is a cool group of people and I don't think it's ready to be disbanded just yet

Glad to see my post kicked off some real conversation about things. Suggest those who want to form the core of joint leadership get promoted and then have a serious conversation about things like forum moderator, website, event coordinator, recruitment stuff like that.

Well now thank you all for making your thoughts known. That is fundamental to membership in any soc. You must interact. So then as always those who wish to leave can leave no hard feelings. It is entirely understandable. Everyone should be in a soc for a good reason and get something out of the membership by contributing to it.
Those who want to "linger" can also leave later at any time they wish. Remember as a freelancer you will be pestered by many socs to join them and this can get annoying. I suggest you look around on your own and find what suits you. If you have friends in our soc you can talk about it and agree to join the same society.
If you want to stay and build Prospectus Nexus you need only be willing to interact with other members for your efforts to be a success. This is true of any society you join.
NBK Army seems to be a solid society. If people want to join that society they are certainly able to do that with my good wishes to everyone. Do as you wish. This has been the credo of our soc. You will get out of any society what you contribute to it. Sometimes you will get less than what you contribute but you will rarely get more. So keep that in mind when making your decisions.
I will not shut down the soc. It may be at some point some members will get energetic and build it into what they want it to be.
Thank you and God bless..

As of a couple minutes ago, Hep has started the process to disband the society.
This process takes 7 days and can be interrupted by the more senior members if they choose to do so.
Hep's stated in society chat reasons for this action are that no one is stepping up to lead the society.
Hep, you are a great guy and what you did in society was great. Got a lot of respect for you. Maybe tomorrow you feel different.
If not, you can always call me up in-game if I'm on. I'd also strongly urge you to reconsider joining one of the larger societies, I think you might be surprised. You can be a "loner" but with structure.
All the best, Duke

Yes I have begun the disbanding. In 7 days it will be no more unless someone lets me know they are willing to be the new leader. I admit today I'm a bit jaded. I suppose it will pass.
If anyone wants the soc I'll sell it to ya cheap ;p
Best of luck to all and thank you all for your kindnesses.
